They’re so hot, they’ll fog up your lens!

The Gym’s jam-packed morning Zumba class has proven to not only fog up lenses, but even get spectators sweating.
Fitness trainers Sandi Gentry and Kathryn Pulkingham say that Zumba burns about 900 calories in a typical hour-long session. That’s more calories than jogging on the treadmill for an hour, minus the tedium. In addition, it’s fun. Zumba is an aerobic fitness program created by Miami-based dancer and choreographer Beto Perez and two entrepreneurs, Alberto Perlman and Alberto Aghion. It originated in Colombia in the 1990s and is taught by some 20,000 instructors in 35 countries.
