The number four will significant to those interested in the next step for the Modern Venice Project in Port Isabel Tuesday night. Item four on the agenda for this week’s commissioners meeting on Tuesday will be a discussion of a revised map of the area and prior to that a 4th workshop is set to take place which will also discuss that very map.
“We are hopoing that this will be the final time,” said City Manager Ed Meza, “that we talk about a new map for this project. I know there have been a lot of changes on this and hopefully this will at least close this part of it.”
The meeting will take place at 6 p.m. at the City Council Chambers. Ron Berman from Raybec Investment and Marc Long from Tetra Tech are to be on hand for the workshop which, in addition to discussion of the revised map, will also talk about the Modern Venice Survey Results. At the conclussion of the presentation there will also be a question and answer session.
