A new extreme sport is arising throughout the world, and for six years, the Valley has been home to a root system in a movement to bring the sport of casterboarding to the forefront.
From June 20 to July 3, TJ O’Rourke, inventor of the Timberwolf Xtreem Casterboard and general promoter of the sport, transformed his five acre lands to host Casterfest 2011, bringing some of the best and most renowned casterboarders from around the US in one place.
His mission was to form a united bond between the riders, banding them together for the future inevitable trials of bringing a new sport to the spotlight.
