Laguna Vista residents are invited to contribute Tuesday, July 26, to the planned development of a new nature trail to be built with a $100,000 grant from Texas Parks and Wildlife Department.
A public hearing, sponsored by the Town and its Parks Board, is designed to encourage public comments on the project. The hearing is scheduled for 6 p.m. at Laguna Vista Town Hall, 122 Fernandez Street.
“We invite the community’s input,” said Gabby Muschenheim, chairperson of the Laguna Vista Parks and Recreation Board. “We are fortunate to live in a community with so many positive thinkers and doers. This is a great opportunity to create a wonderful quality-of-life development here,” she added of the proposed project.
