Derry Elementary will host “College Night,” on Tuesday, Oct. 4, from 5 – 7 p.m.
While Derry is, in fact, an elementary school, the teachers and staff have embraced the theme: “College is in our Future” for the school year.
Each teacher at Derry Elementary has chosen a college, university or technical school to promote throughout the year. Each week, a different school is recognized and various facts, information and traditions are shared with the school during morning announcements.
