Revisions to the Laguna Vista Town Council’s Board and Commission Handbook will be discussed here as officials meet in their October meeting Tuesday at 6 p.m. inside City Hall.
The handbook outlines the operating process for the town council and is designed as a tool to assist officials, including councilmembers, board appointees and staff in procedural matters of the town.
General rules of procedures, conduct of meetings, council governance, agendas, roles, meetings, media, planning, council-staff relations, professional standards and ethics are among subjects included in the handbook.
