Special to the PRESS
This weekend, there will be nothing in the world as contagious as laughter, good humor and the theatre students of Port Isabel High School as they perform a whimsical production of “A Seussified Christmas Carol”.
The production merges two popular Christmas classics, A Christmas Carol and How the Grinch Stole Christmas. In this play, 15 local theatre students will entertain the audience with a unique Christmas story influenced by Charles Dickens and Dr. Seuss.
In this inventive holiday performance, the audience will experience the ghosts of past, present and future as cast members recreate beloved characters from both Dickens and Seuss productions. From Ebenezer Scrooge to Cindy Loo Hoo, the play will have something for everyone to enjoy.
