Simply Good Overstocks in Port Isabel has closed its doors effective immediately, according to a
statement released by the store online this week.
The announcement came as a surprise to many loyal customers who frequented the store for its
variety of overstocked items and bargain deals. In a brief message posted to social media and on the
store’s front window, the Simply Good Overstocks team expressed their gratitude to the community.
“We regret to announce that Simply Good Overstocks in Port Isabel is closing effective immediately,”
the statement read. “Thank you for your support and patronage over the years.”
