The Christ’s Harbor Church in Laguna Vista can keep its manufactured building for two more years but only if it accepts an offer made by the town’s Board of Aldermen.
The board met in an executive session Tuesday night where in a 3-to-1 vote went in favor of a motion with the condition the church accepts their offer between now and the end of the year.
Otherwise, the church will be assessed a fine of $500 each day beginning Jan. 1.
