Laguna Vista City Manager Rolando Vela will be evaluated for performance by the Town Council Tuesday at a special meeting in City Hall at 5 p.m. in executive session.
A three-year employee of the Town, Vela is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the municipal organization, including implementing the annual budget and overseeing the employees.
