Authorities with the Laguna Vista Police Department have not yet identified the driver of a Cadillac Escalade that was involved in a fatal, one-car accident last Tuesday on Farm to Market Road 510.
Rebecca Haugh, of Laguna Vista, who was walking with her husband across the street from the South Padre Island Golf Club, was killed in the accident when the Escalade struck her.
