Special to the Parade
“In addition to our great line up of signature events at PalmFest, this year look for the expanded Car Evolution classic car show and the 2011 PalmFest Farmer’s Market along with more kids and teen activities, outdoors and indoors,” show organizers boasted.
The 2011 festival also brings many local and regional talents to the three PalmFest stages, including Ramon Ayala who’ll be in attendance for a meet and greet at 6 p.m. behind the Reflecting Pond before going on stage.
Gates open Saturday, Oct. 1 at 12 noon as the festival will go on until 8 p.m. The final concerts at the Reflecting Pond stage, however, will be held at 10 p.m.
Most events and activities outdoors (click on the graphic shown left for a full schedule) will close from 7-8 p.m. with the exception of the concert and horse show areas
On Sunday, gates open from 12 noon-6 p.m.
