Housing community going green

PI Housing AuthorityThe Port Isabel Housing Authority (PIHA), in collaboration with Franklin Development, introduces ‘Green/sustainable building’ to the community.

Thursday, Feb. 2 marked the commencement of the new, affordable housing community project, Artisan at Port Isabel lead by the PIHA and Franklin Development.

Ryan Wilson, Vice President of Franklin Development, said “What you are seeing today is really an actually cool process of taking the old development, and recycling every part and piece that we can.”
