Shown is a found male Welsh Corgi mix in Port Isabel. He is heartworm negative and has already been neutered as well as receiving all of his vaccinations. We have named him Scooter and he is a very sweet and loving boy. If you have any information, call Friends of Animal Rescue (956) 772-1171.
