Special to the PRESS

South Padre IslandThe South Padre Island City Council will consider changes to the beach maintenance policy at their April 4 meeting.

On the information bar, select “Helpful Info” and the information is located under “Beach Maintenance” and “Caring for our Coastline.” The local chapter of the Surfrider Foundation has also compiled helpful information that can be reviewed at www.robnixon.blogspot.com, then click on the entry for March 29.
