The City of Port Isabel recently received a grant from The American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA).
Based out of New York City, the ASPCA’s mission is to provide effective means for the prevention of cruelty to animals throughout the United States.
ASPCA grants provide support to a variety of U.S.-based non-profit animal welfare organizations through cash awards, sponsorships, training, and executive or technical assistance.
