HEAD OF CLASS: PIHS names top students

Friday is commencement for Port Isabel High School Class of 2012.

The top ten graduates with college hours earned while in high school are as follows:

Salvador Tinajero, III ranked 10th. The son of Maggie and Salvador Tinajero, Jr. plans to attend Texas A&M University–College Station to study computer engineering. Tinajero has earned 22 college hours.

Ragan S. Behrens ranked ninth. The son of Terrie Behrens plans to attend the University of Texas-Austin to study mechanical engineering. Behrens has earned 21 college hours.
