The Port Isabel Public Library will host its Winter Arts Kamp on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, Dec. 26, 27 and 28 from 9 a.m. to noon.
Children ages 6 to 14 will learn from local artist Loretta Ponder how to paint in the style of Impressionist Vincent Van Gogh.
The three day class is free of charge and limited to 20 participants. Registration is required.
