Comedian and international touring artist Robert Post will deliver his “…riveting… eclectic… uproariously funny” (NPR Radio) one-man show to The Christian Fellowship Church located at 901 N. Loop 499, Harlingen, on Thursday, March 14.

Renowned as a performer, director and writer, Post began his comedic career in 1978 exploring motion and magic under the tutelage of mimist Tony Montanaro. Since that time Post has adopted all manner of physicality to give his innumerable characters a life of their own, including juggling, mime and ventriloquism. He has performed in every conceivable venue, from television studios to homeless shelters, and is the recipient of numerous awards and fellowships including the National Endowment for the Arts, the New York State Council for the Arts, and the Ohio Arts Council.
The PBS documentation of his performance earned Central Education Network’s Award for Best Performance Program.
He has directed productions for MetBallet Columbus and theatrical productions of Urinetown and Noises Off. Post is artist-in-residence at Ohio State University.
