The Rio Grande Valley Bikers for Christ, in cooperation with the Disciple Nation Youth Ministry, will be hosting an authentic Saint Patrick’s Day boiled dinner on Saturday, March 9.
The event will be held from 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at Christ’s Harbor Church in Laguna Vista. The dinner will include corn beef, boiled potatoes, carrots, cabbage, Irish soda bread, special spicy mustard and dessert.
Pre-registration is recommended by Tuesday, March 5. The dinner will be $12 for adults and $6 for children; dine-in or take-out is available.
