Humberto Gomez 58, of Port Isabel, TX passed away on Thurs. March 14, 2013.

He is preceded in death by his father, Francisco Gomez and a brother, Ramon Gomez.

He is survived by his wife, Maria Medellin Gomez; daughters, Amanda Gomez and Natalia Foshee; grandchildren, Israel Esparza, Jean Mountain, Kikke Valdenvgro, Sal Valdenvgro, Venessa Valdenvgro; his mother, Enriqueta Gomez; Siblings, Francisca “Pancha” Gomez Sevilla, Refugia “Cuca” Gomez Rodriguez, Maria “Connie” Villarreal,

Miguel Gomez, Juan Gomez, Oscar Gomez, Beatrice Gomez, Enriqueta Gomez, and Ricardo Gomez; and numerous nieces and nephews .

Visitation was held on Tuesday, March 19, 2013 from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm @ Thomae-Garza Funeral Directors San Benito, TX.

Visitation continued from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a prayer service at 7:00 pm at Bethel Baptist Church at 1200 Hwy 100 Suite 1 and Shell Harbor Center in Port Isabel, TX. Funeral Service was held on Wednesday, March 20, 2013 at 10:00 am at Bethel Baptist Church in Port Isabel with Pastor Jorge Moreno officiating. Interment followed to Port Isabel City Cemetery.
