Pancho’s Mexican Restaurant serves the finest quality Mexican flavors and rich food traditions from the comfort of Port Isabel. The relaxed atmosphere will have you right at home and the tasty food will have you craving more.

Owner Joselyn Trigos said all the food prepared at Pancho’s is done in traditional Mexican fashion.

“We don’t get our beans from a can and our ingredients are always fresh,” Trigos said.

The most popular dish at Pancho’s is the tacos that come in five different varieties: fajita, bistek, pastor, molleja and barbacoa. Trigos said the tacos are similar to those sold at any Mexican city that sports a sidewalk and great culture.

Daily lunch specials of your choice of chiles rellenos, fried fish plate, Mexican enchiladas or the chalupa plate are available at Pancho’s for the local’s price of $4.99.

Those with a larger appetite need not fret over potion size at Pancho’s because they offer all you can eat options of fish, shrimp or tacos as well as combinations of fish and shrimp.

This week Pancho’s is offering free ice cream with the purchase of any dish on the menu. Trigos said a newly released movie will also be playing for the enjoyment of the customers.

Pancho’s Mexican Restaurant is located at 225-B Queen Isabella in Port Isabel; its hours of operation are from 11 a.m. until 11 p.m. Monday through Saturday and closed on Sundays.
