Where are you from?
Dallas but I’ve lived on South Padre Island eight years. I’m almost a local.
How long have you been bartending?
Why do you like working at Laguna Bob’s?
It’s the center of the universe and I enjoy being in the center of the universe.
What sports are you into?
All sports and diving for pearls.
What are your favorite dishes at Laguna Bob’s?
The ceviche is top notch, it’s homemade fresh red snapper. It doesn’t get any better than that.
What do you think keeps people coming back to Laguna Bob’s?
Besides our professional staff, outstanding food, beautiful view, and great atmosphere? Me!
What is your favorite drink to make?
A Roy Rogers — coke, sprite, simple syrup cherry juice and cherries, I’ve been drinking those all my life. Or a Yellow Fin, that’s our specialty drink, it has coconut rum, banana liquor, and pineapple juice. It is cold, refreshing and guaranteed to satisfy every time.
