What is your name? Ginny Bratt
Where are you from? Tulsa, Okla.
How long have you been bartending? I’ve been bartending 35 years.
Why do you like working at Jake’s Bar & Grill? The staff is real nice and we have good food.
What sports are you into? Football and futbol.
What are good dishes at this location? The nachos — you can get them with beef fajita, ground beef or chicken and beans with hot sauce, jalapenos.
What keeps locals coming back to Jake’s Bar & Grill? The food and the staff.
What is your favorite drink to make?
Chocolate cake. It has citron vodka, Frangelico and a sugared lemon wedge.
What is your favorite part of bartending? Talking to people who are from different parts of the country.
What do you like least about bartending? I don’t dislike anything about it. It’s a great job.
If you could make a drink for anyone, living or dead, celebrity or historical figure, who would it be and what would you make?
I would make a drink for Hunter S. Thompson, something with rum in it like a Mai Tai because he would appreciate it and I like reading his Gonzo stuff.
