What is your favorite dish at Pelican Station?

The Cowboy Joe. It is a 10-ounce ribeye steak with shrimp and Rockefeller sauce on the steak.

What sets Pelican Station apart from other places?

The view of the bay.

What is your favorite drink to make?

The Pelican Drink is my specialty. It has vodka, rum, gin, melon liquor, sweet and sour and Sprite.

What is your favorite part of bartending?

I like to make different specialty drinks.
