The South Padre Island Golf Club and Course has entered into foreclosure, as Club officials on Oct. 15 filed a foreclosure notice with the Cameron County Clerk.
The International Bank of Commerce (IBC), which initially issued the deed of trust, has assumed control of all of the Club operations, including the golf course.
