The Port Isabel Tarpons hoops squad lost their two most recent games. Last Saturday, they were overwhelmed, 85-20, at Brownsville St. Joseph’s, and this past Tuesday they dropped a 66-25 decision on the road to Santa Maria. “They’ve got good shooters,” Tarpon Head Coach Homer Hernandez said this week, referring to St. Joseph’s.
