Officials with the South Padre Island Economic Development Corporation (EDC) postponed a special called board meeting that had been set for Tuesday morning at the SPI Birding and Nature Center Conference Room.
The brief agenda consisted of just two items, both related to a proposal in which Sea Turtle, Inc. would lease and then take over operations of the Birding and Nature Center.
