Port Isabel City Manager Edward Meza maintains a positive outlook for city business in 2014.
“The City of Port Isabel is looking for a promising new year,” Meza said. “With the official opening of the new Port Isabel Events and Cultural Center in March being the highlight of the new year, there are also some other exciting projects.”
