Powerlifters travel to Los Fresnos Saturday; Regionals next

The Port Isabel men’s and women’s powerlifting teams are hard at work in the weight room at Port Isabel High these days, building up strength and working on technique with the goal of achieving as high a total lift as possible. Any lifter who is ranked in the top 10 in the region in his/her weight class qualifies for next month’s men’s or women’s regional meet.
