CAMPAIGN CONTROVERSY — Garza’s political signs stolen; opponent’s spouse implicated

Last Thursday, Port Isabel police officers arrested Duvilio “Kama” Grava Jr., 52, of Port Isabel, for Theft Class C after Grava allegedly stole six campaign signs belonging to City Commissioner Maria de Jesus Garza.
