PUBLIC INTOXICATION 49.02: On Nov. 27, 2022, at around 00:19 hours, contact was made with an employee at a convenience store located at 5000 Padre Boulevard. Throughout the course of the contact, it was determined that the employee was highly intoxicated and was placed under arrest for Public Intoxication.
PUBLIC INTOXICATION/EMS: On Nov. 27, 2022, at approximately 02:10 hours, an officer responded to the Isla Grand Hotel located at 500 Padre Boulevard in reference to an EMS call for a male subject that had slipped and fell. As the male subject was being evaluated by medical personnel, a female subject began to get belligerent and was later placed under arrest for Public Intoxication.
BURGLARY OF A VEHICLE: On Nov. 27, 2022, at approximately 15:33 hours, officers were dispatched to 100 East Mars Street in reference to a past burglary of a vehicle. Upon my arrival in patrol unit PD-207, I made contact with the reporting party who stated items from her, and her husband’s vehicle were missing. Information was gathered and photographs were taken for report purposes without further incident.
ASSAULT CLASS C FV/PUBLIC INTOXICATION: On Nov. 30, 2022, at around 20:45 hours, officers responded to the 100 block of East Atol Street in reference to an assault in progress. Contact was made and the investigation determined both subjects were highly intoxicated and placed under arrest for Public Intoxication. The investigation also determined an assault to have occurred between the parties who are dating. Therefore, a charge of Simple Assault Family Violence was added.
PUBLIC INTOXICATION 49.02: On Dec. 1, 2022, at around 02:00 hours, officers made contact with a male on the 100 block of East Oleander Street. From speaking to the male, it was determined that the male was highly intoxicated and a danger to himself or others and was placed under arrest for Public Intoxication.
