22.01 FV ASSAULT WITH PREVIOUS CONVICTION (F/3): On Dec. 18, 2022, at approximately 02:38 hours, officers were dispatched to 132 East Gardenia (Gulf Coast Condominiums) in reference to a disturbance in progress. A family violence assault report was taken as the actor had fled the scene prior to officer arrival.
CRIMINAL TRESPASS: On Dec. 18, 2022, at around 10:42 hours, officers were dispatched to the Seabreeze I located at 4300 Gulf Boulevard in reference to a follow up on a suspicious suspect. The investigation revealed that an unknown subject committed the offense of criminal trespass and the incident was documented.
PUBLIC INTOXICATION: On Dec. 19, 2022, at approximately 22:22 hours, SPIPD officers were dispatched to the 4200 block of Padre Boulevard in reference to a suspicious person – a male subject wearing a gray sweater and blue jeans trying to open a vehicle door. Upon arrival, officers observed a male subject matching the description given. The male subject was intoxicated in a public place and was subsequently placed under arrest for Public Intoxication.
PUBLIC INTOXICATION: On Dec. 20, 2022, at approximately 00:36 hours, I was dispatched to 800 Padre Boulevard in reference to an intoxicated female. Dispatch advised the female subject was wearing a blue shirt and blue jean pants. Upon my arrival in patrol unit PD-191, I observed a female subject matching the description at 900 Padre Boulevard and made contact. The female subject showed signs of intoxication and was unable to complete The Standardized Field Sobriety Test. The female subject was arrested and transported to South Padre Island City Jail where she was booked and processed properly.
