The Laguna Madre Water District reviewed nominations in continuing with its Employee Recognition Program and chose Reymund Cisneros as Employee of the Month for August 2023. Cisneros is “a hard worker, pays attention when given instructions, and gets along with coworkers.”
Cisneros started working in the Water Plant Department at the Laguna Madre Water District in July 2015. In the nomination letter, Water Plant Manager Felipe Zamora states, “Cisneros is very knowledgeable about the water plant’s production. He knows how to troubleshoot the different areas of components when there are production issues.” Cisneros earned his “C” water plant operator license and is experienced in utilizing the necessary machinery and chemicals at the water plant.
