It was a sea of blue flowing by as 148 seniors walked down the aisle on Friday to receive their proof of purchase for their educations thus far.
At the South Padre Island Convention Center, the 2011 seniors said “good-bye” to high school and “hello” to the rest of their lives.
“The class of 2011 will always be special to me. …I’m actually going to miss most of you guys,” said Principal William Roach. “It’s been my pleasure to work this school year with such a wonderful, enthusiastic and intelligent group of young people.
