Friedman memorial to be unveiled

The Friedman Family, Port Isabel Mayor Joe E. Vega and the City Commissioners invite the public to attend the unveiling of a monument in memory of the late Barbara J. Friedman.

A statue, donated by the Friedman Family, will be placed on the Light House Square to honor Mrs. Barbara J. Friedman.
