Board approves four new classes

The Point Isabel Independent School District Board of Trustees held its regular meeting Tuesday.

The board approved Texas Association of School Boards Localized Policy Update 94 to address the care of students with a diagnosed food allergy who are at risk for anaphylaxis.

The annual renewal of the Student and Athletic Insurance was awarded to the Texas Monarch Management Corporation with board approval.

The old technology equipment and supplies were declared as surplus by the board.
