The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) on Tuesday cited Enterprize Management Inc. and Schlitterbahn Beach Resort Management LLC $96,000 for six safety violations related to a fatal incident in which a 20-year-old lifeguard was killed and a maintenance supervisor was severely injured.
