Legendary University of Houston basketball coach Guy V. Lewis was inducted into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame last weekend for his accomplishments and for the impact his coaching had on the game of basketball.
Guy’s son, Vern, accompanied Guy on the trip to Springfield, Mass. as his father is limited physically due to past strokes that he has suffered. Guy does not speak but that didn’t stop him from expressing his excitement.
