Forum connects Event Center to business community

A nearly-full house of local business owners and representatives gathered at the Port Isabel City Council chambers Wednesday morning for a partnership forum intended to connect the City’s new Event and Cultural Center (ECC) and PI business community, and for city officials to explain how the two entities can create a reciprocal relationship in which both flourish.
