Andy Hancock, local sculptor, artist and sand castle instructor, has a new feather in his cap. He was recently selected as champion from a field of 15 other sculptors from Mexico, Canada and all over the United States in the Solo Division of the 27th Annual American Sand Sculpting Championships.
