EDC plans for more housing

The Port Isabel Economic Development Corporation (EDC) Board and City Commission held a joint workshop on Tuesday to address the city’s housing demand and hear a presentation from a San Antonio developer on an estimated $32 million project to build up to 288 market-rate housing units.
