Every year, thousands of Winter Texans flock to the Rio Grande Valley to take advantage of the area’s sub-tropical climate, lush environment and various amenities.
During their stay, which can sometimes last up to six months, Winter Texans frequent the local retailers, restaurants and outdoor activities.
