Cameron County District Attorney Luis V. Saenz announced on Friday that a seven-year-long international manhunt has finally ended after authorities in India captured convicted murderer, Amit Livingston.
The India National Police apprehended Livingston at 3:30 a.m., Tuesday in Hyderabad, India for the murder of 2007 Hermilia Garcia Hernandez.
