The Laguna Vista Police Department has arrested Ana Luisa Alcocer-Padilla, 39, of Laguna Vista, for criminally negligent homicide in allegedly killing fellow Laguna Vista resident, Rebecca Haugh, in a fatal car accident two weeks ago.
