City seeks $2.4M for culinary arts institute

The Port Isabel City Commission, at a special-called meeting Monday, authorized the Port Isabel Economic Development Corporation to apply for approximately $2.4 million of loan funds through the Office of the Governor to develop a culinary arts institute.
