Last month, a visiting couple from Iowa accidentally collided with an intoxicated man who had been stumbling southbound along the 5400 block of Padre Boulevard late in the afternoon.
According to the accident report, Daniel and Sherri Herber, of Urbandale, Iowa had been driving inside the right-hand lane.
