The City of Port Isabel Board of Adjustments held a public hearing and regular meeting Tuesday evening. Orders of business included approval of minutes for the September meeting as well as variance requests for residential and commercial properties.

Judy Woolverton of Woolverton Realty was in attendance representing a client with a request for a 4 foot variance to an existing boat dock in the Modern Venice Subdivision, which is also known as “The Fingers”. The potential buyer of the property was represented by Re/Max Real Estate agent and Port Isabel native, Olga Vega-Carter.
