Cameron County Sheriff’s Department deputies arrested a 35-year-old Laguna Heights woman on multiple felony charges for allegedly prostituting two teenage sisters from multiple locations in the Port Isabel area.
One of the areas where the female suspect, identified as Martha Ochoa, allegedly prostituted the teens was at the Port Isla Inn off Highway 100. Authorities said the teen females were impregnated as a result of the prostitution.
