The Brahmas were just too much for the Tarpons in the tie-breaker game 3 of the Class 4A Bi-District contest, winning 4-2 and advancing to the State Regional game against Devine next week. King scored two runs in the second inning taking the lead by 2-0. Base hits by Tyler Kieschnick, Ryan Martinez, Anthony Munoz and a triple by Nick Avelor all contributed to the two run lead. The other King runs were scored in the sixth and seventh innings respectively.

Tarpon runs occurred in the fourth when Trey Mock singled, Mark Martinez doubled and Daniel Martinez, a freshman, also doubled.
